Add a transparent PNG, a stamp image, or a scan of your signature on blank A4 paper.
Set the ink/stamp width measured with a ruler. You can fine-tune it later.

History is stored locally in this browser, not backed up or synced. Clearing your browser's site data or using a different browser or folder location can make it unavailable. Keep copies of important PDFs.
Protect your saved signatures and signed PDF history.
Export your signatures and complete signed PDFs into one backup file. Nothing is uploaded.
Sensitive file: this backup is not encrypted. It contains your signatures and signed documents. Save it somewhere private.
1. Upload a PDF. All PDF processing happens inside your browser. The app never uploads your documents to a server.
2. Save your images. Upload a PNG or photo for each version, such as signature only or signature with company stamp. Signatures are stored in this browser's local database.
3. Calibrate real size. For standard A4, the page is 210 × 297 mm. Enter the actual width in millimeters or use a clean, full-sheet A4 scan to estimate it automatically. On a scan, the application measures coloured/dark pixels against the 210 mm page width.
4. Place and export. Click a signature, then drag, resize, and download. The exported PDF retains its original pages with the images added at the chosen positions.
5. Start again and use History. Click New document to clear the current PDF and placements, keeping your saved signatures. PDFs successfully exported are also stored under History, where you can download them again. History is local to this browser, not a cloud backup.
Notes. Drag a PDF into the large central area, even when another document is open. Supported: regular, unrotated PDFs. Rotated or encrypted PDFs may require converting first. Files with sensitive signatures should be opened on a trusted computer. Removing browser site data can erase your saved signature library.
